Organization Terms & Conditions

1 Becoming an Organization

Any user may apply to register as an Organization from within the app. During registration, you will be required to explicitly accept these Organization Terms by checking a box before your account is activated.

By completing Organization registration, you confirm that you are authorized to create and manage this Organization account on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

2 What You Can Do as an Organization

As an Organization, you can create and publish vibes and events directly under your Organization profile, with your Organization's name, logo, and branding attached.

Vibes and events you publish as an Organization may be listed as free or paid, subject to the payment terms in Section 6.

dotSpace may adjust, restrict, or update the features available to Organizations from time to time as the platform evolves.

3 Accuracy of Listings

You are responsible for ensuring that every vibe or event you publish as an Organization is accurate and not misleading, including:

• Date, time, and duration
• Location or address
• Pricing, and what is or isn't included
• Capacity limits, age restrictions, or entry requirements
• Any rules specific to attending (dress code, ID requirements, etc.)

Listings that misrepresent what will actually happen, or that are published with no genuine intention of being held as described, violate these Terms and the dots Community Guidelines.

4 User-Created Vibes

Users may create their own vibes independently, including ones inspired by or connected to something your Organization has listed. Any vibe created by an individual user is owned and managed solely by that user, and your Organization is not responsible for its content, conduct, or coordination.

5 Organization Responsibility for Vibes & Events

Unlike a user-created vibe, a vibe or event published directly through your Organization profile is your Organization's responsibility. This includes:

• Conducting the vibe or event as described — showing up, running it as advertised, and honestly communicating any changes or cancellations to participants as early as possible
• On-site safety — including crowd management, emergency exits, first-aid readiness, and general duty of care to attendees, where applicable to the nature of the event
• Holding all licenses, permits, and approvals required by law to host the event at the stated location (including, where applicable, entertainment permits, food/beverage licenses, alcohol service permits, fire safety clearances, and noise regulations)
• Compliance with all applicable Indian laws relevant to your event or industry
• Non-discriminatory access — you may not deny entry based on race, religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability, or nationality, except where genuinely required by law (e.g. age-restricted entry)
• Adequate insurance coverage appropriate to the scale and nature of your event, where applicable
• The conduct of your own staff, volunteers, or representatives present at the event

6 Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Where dots enables paid vibes or events, the following applies:

• You are responsible for setting accurate, all-inclusive pricing, and for disclosing any applicable taxes or additional fees at the point of listing.
• dotSpace does not charge any platform fee or commission on vibes or events created by your Organization, whether free or paid.
• Your Organization is responsible for defining and honoring its own cancellation and refund policy for paid attendees, and must communicate that policy clearly at the point of listing.
• If your Organization cancels a paid event, you are responsible for ensuring affected participants are refunded in accordance with your stated policy and applicable consumer protection law.

7 Content & Media

Your Organization retains ownership of the content it uploads (logo, banner, descriptions, media). By publishing content through your Organization account, you grant dotSpace the same non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license described in the standard dots Terms & Conditions — solely to operate, display, and improve the app.

You confirm that you have the right to use and publish any logo, image, or media associated with your Organization, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.

8 Prohibited Conduct for Organizations

In addition to the prohibited conduct listed in the standard dots Terms & Conditions, Organizations may not:

• Publish fake, duplicate, or "placeholder" vibes/events with no genuine intention of holding them
• Use vibes or events to advertise or sell anything unrelated to the listed event
• Misrepresent ownership, capacity, safety measures, or licensing status of a location or event
• Host or list any event that is illegal, or that facilitates illegal activity, under Indian law
• Use Organization status to solicit, exploit, or endanger minors
• Manipulate attendance numbers, reviews, or user-created vibes described in Section 4

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold dotSpace harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your Organization's vibes or events; any injury, loss, or dispute occurring at or in connection with an event you hosted; your failure to hold required licenses or permits; or your breach of these Organization Terms.

10 Suspension & Termination of Organization Status

dotSpace reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke Organization status — including removing all associated vibes and events — at its sole discretion, where an Organization:

• Violates these Organization Terms, the standard dots Terms & Conditions, or the Community Guidelines
• Repeatedly cancels or fails to conduct listed events as described
• Receives credible reports of unsafe conditions, discrimination, or unlawful conduct at its events
• Provided false or misleading information during Organization registration

If your Organization status is suspended or revoked in error, you may appeal through Settings → Talk to Builders in the app. dotSpace reserves the final decision on reinstatement.

11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Organization Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12 Changes to These Terms

dotSpace may update these Organization Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of your Organization account after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
